Roles and Responsibilities:
This Program Manager directs all phases of programs from inception through completion for software development programs. Work is performed in a team-environment which requires strong leadership, written and oral communications, and issue resolution and mitigation skills. The Program Manager is responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of major programs and is the primary customer contact for program activities. He/she establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. The Program Manager directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

Program Management is also responsible for the development of new business and product line expansion with the customer and is responsible for the coordination and preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of science in engineering or management discipline.
  • Eight years of related program management experience (six years with a master’s degree).
  • Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in management or engineering.
  • Familiarity with cyber development programs.
  • Project Management Professional certification from PMI.

We are seeking cleared or clearable Cyber Software Engineers to join the Software Systems Engineering team. Our Cyber Software Engineers lead the technical design and implementation of advanced cyber capabilities. This position requires system and/or subsystem design leadership and significant direct technical contribution in a domain specialty such as: Reverse Engineering, Embedded programming, Network Protocol development, OS internals, or User Mode Application development. Ideal candidates will have significant experience with the design and execution of advanced cyber software development programs. Less experienced candidates able to demonstrate high technological aptitude and a willingness to learn non-traditional development concepts are equally qualified for this position.

Typical teams are 5-10 people and require engineers to have diverse skill sets that apply to the entire life cycle of a program. We are seeking a cleared or clearable Digital Signal Processing Engineer who is self-motivated and energetic, with knowledge and experience in electrical Engineering, digital signal processing and/or digital communications systems and is interested in joining our highly skilled ISR Hardware team to develop unique solutions critical to global security.

Our DSP engineers help research, design, develop and verify signal collection systems. This may include analyzing systems for the extraction of information from signal and image sensors. DSP Engineers design from requirements, develop processing algorithms, and integrate new signal processing technologies.

Systems designed could include: detection and estimation theories; electromagnetic and acoustic effects on signals; implementation of signal processing with advanced computer architectures; custom RF waveforms; interfacing to custom transceiver hardware; autonomous signal identification and parameterization; cutting edge EW techniques on custom hardware.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in electrical or computer engineering with relevant experience.

We are seeking cleared or clearable ISR Test Engineers who are self-motivated, energetic individuals with a background in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline who are interested in joining our highly skilled Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) development teams to develop unique solutions critical to global security.

Successful candidates will participate in a broad range of applications with exposure to a variety of programs that provide critical solutions to U.S. government agencies and the Department of Defense. Our Test Engineers lead the test of ISR products to ensure verification of requirements and validation that the system meets the Concept of Operations.

The selected engineer will:

  • Act as the primary interface with the customer regarding test and verification activities of ISR products.
  • Work with multiple teams to develop Environmental, Qualification, Functional, Ad-hoc, and Acceptance tests based on requirements and operational scenarios.
  • Automate the testing and characterization of products to the extent possible given budgets, project time frame, and long term benefit of the product.
  • Design, develop and configure system test components necessary to perform end-to-end testing of ISR products.
  • Develop scripts as necessary to integrate components, perform new capabilities, and facilitate stress testing.
  • Generate and present to the end customer various milestone packages including: Software Requirement Review, Test Readiness Review, and Acceptance Review.
  • Specify improvements to test and development network infrastructures.

Basic Qualifications:
