Mark Littleton Joins Odyssey Consulting
Mark Littleton has joined Odyssey Consulting as its Senior Contracts Manager. Most recently from 2011 to present, Mark has been the principle Contracts Management individual responsible for proposal generation, negotiation and administration at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems.
Mark is a native of Fallston, Maryland and currently lives with Liz, his wife of 37 years in Parkville, Maryland. They have three children and three grandchildren. He graduated from Loyola University, Maryland in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned his MBA from the University of Baltimore in 1985. From 1976 – 1979, Mark worked in the financial banking sector in a variety of capacities for the present-day BB&T as well as for M & T Bank, formally First National Bank of Maryland.
He began his 37-year Department of Defense related career in 1979 with Westinghouse as a Contracts Representative negotiating and managing a portfolio of spares and repair related logistics contracts before being given increasing levels of responsibility for prime mission hardware.
Mark’s DoD, commercial and classified business management experience literally covers major products from under seas to outer space and all points in between, foreign and domestic, both as a prime contractor and as a major first tier subcontractor. He led or participated in over 100 negotiations totaling in excess of $5B and has managed over $8B of contract value.
